Em ingl\u00eas, a express\u00e3o <\/span><b><i>\u201chelicopter parent\u201d<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0foi usada pela primeira vez por um adolescente, em um livro, para retratar os pais que ficavam em cima o tempo todo, como helic\u00f3pteros. Depois disso, a express\u00e3o se popularizou e foi at\u00e9 inclu\u00edda no dicion\u00e1rio. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Como\u00a0saber se voc\u00ea \u00e9 um <\/b><b><i>\u201chelicopter parent\u201d<\/i><\/b><b> ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os \u201cpais helic\u00f3pteros\u201d est\u00e3o sempre em volta de seus filhos com o intuito de que eles n\u00e3o se machuquem, se magoem ou se frustrem. Esses pais querem que tudo esteja sempre perfeito e, por isso, est\u00e3o sempre a postos para resolver os problemas dos filhos, direcionar seu comportamento e fazer as coisas por eles. Enfim, <\/span><b>n\u00e3o permitem que a crian\u00e7a se vire sozinha e descubra o mundo por conta pr\u00f3pria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>As frustra\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o aprendizado para as crian\u00e7as<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao superproteger os filhos, os pais se interp\u00f5em entre o mundo e a crian\u00e7a e impedem que elas tenham suas pr\u00f3prias experi\u00eancias. Por isso, <\/span><b>as crian\u00e7as precisam aprender a lidar com os \u201cperigos do mundo\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c9 importante que eles se machuquem, se frustrem e percebam que nem sempre as coisas saem como o esperado e, principalmente, nem sempre as coisas acontecem de acordo com o nosso desejo. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Ent\u00e3o, o que fazer? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso deixar os cuidados e aten\u00e7\u00e3o de lado. Longe disso. Se fazer presente na vida dos filhos \u00e9 muito importante para um bom relacionamento e para o desenvolvimento dele. No entanto, o cuidado e a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o podem se confundir com superprote\u00e7\u00e3o e controle demais. <\/span><b>\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio dar liberdade e espa\u00e7o para que as crian\u00e7as se resolvam sozinhas e fa\u00e7am as coisas por si mesmas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dessa maneira elas ir\u00e3o errar e podem se frustrar com isso, mas com certeza, ir\u00e3o aprender e sair da situa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda mais fortes e resilientes! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por isso, o ideal \u00e9 se policiar. Preste aten\u00e7\u00e3o se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o est\u00e1 ultrapassando esse limite do cuidado, reflita se seu filho n\u00e3o consegue fazer determinadas coisas sozinho.
